Kona Farm Direct is a boutique coffee farm owned and operated by Kraig and Leslie Lee. The farm is located 500 meters above the Pacific Ocean on the volcanic tropical slope of Mount Hualalai on the Kona side of the Big Island of Hawaii. Kraig grows and grafts varietals with award-winning results. His SL34 ranked #1 in 2021 Cup of Excellence Hawaii Private Collection for its outstanding fruit-and-floral-toned cup. Kraig takes pride in maintaining his sustainable on-site growing and grafting to promote healthier trees that produce better coffees. Kraig works together with local farmers experimenting with new fermentation and drying techniques. He is sought after as a consultant for his expertise in the local coffee growers' community.
