This reserve selection comes from Condor Ridge Ranch, the family-owned farm of FRINJ CEO Jay Ruskey. Located just 153 kilometers north of Los Angeles, it's the first and oldest coffee farm in California.

Originally planted in 2002, the site has long demonstrated what was once thought impossible: that high latitude, under the right conditions, can rival high altitude in producing exceptional coffee. The farm sits 12 degrees north of the Tropic of Cancer at just 200 MASL. These factors, combined with a distinct coastal microclimate and organic agricultural practices, are central to what shaped this extraordinary coffee.

This lot was picked at over 20% brix and traditionally washed, undergoing a 26-hour wet fermentation without additives, then slowly dried over 14 days to reveal a clear, unadulterated expression of California Geisha terroir.
